Return and Exchange Policy

At MAHSK, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with our premium leather bags and wallets. Please read our return and exchange policy carefully to understand the processes and conditions for returning or exchanging a product.

 

Eligibility for Exchange:

We entertain exchange requests under the following circumstances:

  1. Incorrect or Missing Product: If the order delivered is not what you ordered or is missing an item(s).
  2. Manufacturing Defect: In the unfortunate event that your product has a manufacturing defect.

 

Exchange Procedure:

To initiate an exchange, please follow these steps:

  1. Initiate Request: Contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order via email at mashkinternational@gmail.com. Please provide your order number, a detailed description of the issue, and attach clear photos and/or videos as evidence.
  1. Verification: Our customer support team will review your request and the provided evidence. If eligible, we will guide you through the next steps.
  1. Exchange Confirmation: Upon verification, we will confirm the exchange and provide instructions on how to return the product. Ensure that the item is unused, in its original packaging, and includes all tags and accessories.
  1. Dispatch of Replacement: Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will dispatch the replacement product within 1-2 business days.

 

 

Return/Refund Policy:

Return/refund requests will be considered under the following circumstances:

  • Stock Unavailability: If, due to unforeseen circumstances or stock unavailability, we are unable to fulfill the exchange, we will initiate a return/refund for your order.

 

Important Notes:

  1. The request for initiating the exchange process must be raised within 24 hours of receiving the order.
  2. The returned product must be in its original condition, unused, and with all tags and accessories.
  3. Return shipping charges for eligible products will be covered by MASHK.
  4. Refunds will be processed within 3-4 Business Days from the date of the return confirmation.
  5. Our standard business days are Monday to Saturday, excluding 2nd and 4th Saturdays and public holidays.
